Hasn't NET proved there is a robust financial model for the viability
of the CW route?

No, NET have not opened their books or given direct access to their consultants to show the robustness of their calculations.

You would expect that in line with other engineering projects of this type, that have a high level of transparency, and also given the troubled financial state of other tram systems around the country (such as Croydon, Birmingham and Manchester - all with considerably larger populations) NET would wish to demonstrate how sound their workings actually are.

NET hasn't.
