The Environment Not Trams group want:

• To preserve designated Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINCs) and Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs).
  
  
• To preserve an irreplaceable public amenity and recreational open space.
  
  
• NET to reconsider the alternative Clifton via Queens Drive (CQD) route.
  
  
• To see the use of more viable alternative transport solutions.
  
  
• To see an irrefutable business case in favour of the CW route.
  
  
• To be assured that the tram system as proposed will not be an inflexible white elephant.
  
  
• To ensure that the rate payer will not be burdened with a failed or uneconomic transport system.
